the staff was super helpful n friendly, always had a smile on their face. breakfast had good choices n was pretty filling. the location is ace, right by the beach n shops. clean sheets every day n the room was decent enough except for a few things. the entertainment was fun, had a great time on Thursday with the show.

however, my room was not what i expected, it had a awful view of a wall n it smelled damp. also, the toilet had issues flushing properly, which was super annoying.

I had a lovely 2-night stay in a cozy Twin Room where I enjoyed a refreshing swim and some quality time in the tranquil garden. The relaxation options were truly nice, especially the lounge area with comforting views and the lovely bar. 😊

the location is fantastic, right on the promenade, and a short stroll to the town center. the staff were extremely accommodating, especially lily at the reception who promptly provided us with a fan when the weather turned hot. our room was clean with lovely views of the beach.

The superior double room had lots of amenities like a hairdryer, heating, and a private bathroom. Loved the spa facilities! The tea/coffee maker was handy. The sea view was amazing, stretching across the horizon. Breakfast offered freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Great value for the money with very comfy beds.

Great Breakfast but Sketchy Security

Stayed for a week with the fam and had a mix of fun and frustration. The kids loved the beach, but I was super stressed when I found my bag with half our cash was missing. Manager was pretty unhelpful. The bar area was nice, though, and the breakfast was solid, with lots of options.

The hotel is well-situated along the seafront, offering a pleasant ambiance in the public areas, including a nice bar. While the rooms are clean, the walls could use some fresh paint, and breakfast service was chaotic, especially during peak times when guests queued for the buffet. Evening dining was more organized but finding seating for entertainment was a challenge, particularly for those on the second sitting. The staff were exceptional and attentive overall.

I stayed in a Twin Room with Sea View for 2 nights. The room had these great views that totally made my stay. It was comfortable enough, but the shower had a bit of a problem and the decor was a little shabby. The room was clean but could definitely use some updating. Oh, and the carpeting smelled a bit musty.
